• Ability to lead functional architecture and solution design.
• Experience configuring UKG based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary UKG Workforce Management functional SME and solution expert.
• Lead functional architecture and solution design for new implementations.
• Configure UKG Workforce Management based on business and operational requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and determine the appropriate UKG configuration and solution.
• Provide expert guidance on UKG functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
• Understand and advise on UKG integrations and dependencies.
• Partner with technical engineers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Identify gaps between business requirements and standard UKG functionality.
• Recommend solutions, configurations, and implementation approaches.
• Support testing, issue resolution, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Provide functional leadership and mentorship to other implementation team members.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources.
