Job summary

WM in Houston seeks an experienced UKG Architect to own end-to-end architecture for enterprise Workforce Management initiatives built on UKG Pro WFM. The role leads architecture, design, integration, implementation, and stabilization across UKG WFM, and serves as the technical authority for workforce management solutions.

The Principal Architect sets architectural standards, resolves complex cross-system design problems, and represents WFM architecture in enterprise-wide technology decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with enterprise architecture background.
• 10+ years UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG Dimensions experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll flows and labor compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/MIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery for UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Define standards, patterns, governance for WFM technology stack.
• Lead integrations across HRIS, Datahub, payroll and analytics.
• Mentor delivery teams and govern architecture reviews.
