Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Lead Consultant to implement UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions for mid-market clients in the United States. You will guide discovery, capture requirements, configure the system and oversee testing and deployment to go live, coordinating with cross-functional consultants to deliver the optimal Workforce Dimensions solution.

Qualifications

3+ years of UKG Workforce Management (Workforce Dimensions) experience.
Experience with UKG Workforce Management implementation methodology and process.
Proven ability to meet client deliverables during software implementations.
Ability to lead and execute all phases of implementation including discovery, requirements documentation, solution development, system configuration, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

Serve as Lead Consultant for UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations.
Lead client discovery sessions and document functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with client to develop best fit future state solution.
Lead solution development and solution review workshops.
Provide quality control over solution build and unit testing.
Support clients through UAT, deployment and go live.
