Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Lead Consultant for UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations in the US. You will manage discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live, working closely with client teams and cross-functional consultants to deliver an optimized WFM solution.

The role requires strong project management, client communication, and experience guiding all phases of software implementations, including UAT and deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UKG Workforce Management (Workforce Dimensions) experience.
• Experience with UKG implementation methodology and process.
• Ability to lead and execute all phases of implementation including discovery, requirements documentation, solution development, configuration, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Consultant for UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations.
• Lead client discovery sessions and document functional and technical requirements.
• Consult with client to develop best-fit future state solution.
• Collaborate with other consultants to configure and test client solution.
• Lead solution development and solution review workshops.
• Provide QA over solution build and unit testing.
• Support development of client test strategy and test cases.
• Proactively manage solution delivery risk and mitigation.
• Support clients through UAT, deployment and go-live.
• Coordinate with UKG Pro consultants for joint implementations.
