Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive UKG Pro Workforce Dimensions implementations in our Workforce Solutions team. You will manage discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live, coordinating with UKG Pro consultants to deliver optimal client solutions.

You will engage with clients to uncover needs, develop best-fit future-state solutions, and manage delivery risk while ensuring quality control across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-focused implementations and discovery sessions.
• Ability to document functional and technical requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
