Montefiore Nyack Hospital is seeking a UKG Analyst to lead the administration and governance of the UKG timekeeping system. You will work closely with Payroll, HR, Nursing, IT, and MHS to ensure accurate payroll readiness and continuous improvement of timekeeping practices.

The role emphasizes auditing, configuration, and reporting for UKG Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, and Reporting, with a payroll-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, HR, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years administering UKG Workforce Management (UKG/Kronos).
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll or payroll integrations preferred; CBAs knowledge helpful.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day administration of UKG and ensure payroll-ready timekeeping data.
• Balance UKG time data prior to payroll processing and reconcile with Workday.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Nursing, IT and MHS UKG Support to resolve issues.
• Audit timekeeping data for accuracy, compliance with CBAs and internal policies.
• Develop training materials and provide support for timekeeping processes.
