Hospital for Special Surgery is seeking a Workforce Management Director to lead UKG Time & Attendance and Scheduling across the org in a hybrid NYC environment. You will own the strategic governance, configure and upgrade systems, and partner with IT, Payroll, HR to optimize payroll accuracy and labor cost management.

The role requires 7+ years in Workforce Management with strong analytical and leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive process improvements and stakeholder alignment across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IS, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in Workforce Management, HRIS, Time & Attendance, or Scheduling.
• Extensive experience with UKG Workforce Management (Time & Attendance & Scheduling).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall strategy and governance for UKG Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
• Lead system configuration, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Establish governance standards for UKG configuration, workflows, policies, and business rules.
• Partner with IT and UKG/vendor resources to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain workforce management reporting and analytics for leadership.
• Lead and develop the Workforce Management/UKG team and drive adoption.
