Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Senior UKG WFM Analyst to drive the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of UKG Workforce Management across our health system. The role combines hands-on UKG WFM timekeeping and scheduling with IT governance, change management, testing, and documentation, collaborating with HRIS, Payroll, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.

This hybrid role requires one mandatory onsite day each Wednesday in Oceanport, NJ, with occasional travel to other RWJBarnabas

Qualifications

• Direct experience with UKG Workforce Management/UKG Dimensions.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting UKG Timekeeping.
• Knowledge of timekeeping rules, pay policies, rounding, exceptions, and Time & Attendance workflows.
• Experience with IT change management, governance, or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot UKG WFM Timekeeping rules and pay policies.
• Support Advanced Scheduler configurations, patterns, rotations, and coverage.
• Serve as SME for UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, testing.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Troubleshoot integrations and data flow across HRIS, Payroll, and downstream apps.
