Job summary

Montefiore Nyack Hospital in New City, NY is seeking a UKG Analyst to administer UKG timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and reporting. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Nursing, IT, and the MHS UKG Support Team to ensure data integrity and payroll readiness for every cycle.

The role focuses on governance, configuration, auditing, and training to minimize payroll errors and strengthen internal controls, while supporting a smooth employee experience across hospital departments.

Qualifications

• Experience administering UKG Workforce Management (UKG/Kronos).
• Experience with Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling and Reporting.
• Experience with Workday Payroll or payroll integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of CBAs and payroll policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day UKG administration and ensure payroll-ready timekeeping data.
• Balance and reconcile UKG data prior to payroll, resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Nursing, IT, and MHS UKG teams.
• Audit data to minimize payroll errors and improve controls.
