Job summary

Montefiore Nyack Hospital is seeking a UKG Analyst to administer and optimize the UKG timekeeping system for the hospital and Highland Medical. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Nursing, IT, and the MHS UKG Support Team to ensure timekeeping data is accurate and payroll-ready for every cycle.

The role focuses on system governance, configuration, auditing, reporting, and training to minimize payroll errors, improve controls, and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years administering UKG Workforce Management (UKG/Kronos).
• Training/Certification: n/a
• Licensure: n/a
• Other: Payroll-first mindset with focus on pay accuracy; attention to detail; analytical thinking; customer service; ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of UKG and ensure timekeeping data is accurate and payroll-ready.
• Balance UKG time data prior to payroll processing and reconcile transmitted data to Workday Payroll.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies due to timekeeping errors and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Nursing, IT, and MHS support teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Develop training materials and provide training for managers, timekeepers, and employees.
