Job summary

HyBridge Solutions | An Argano Company is seeking an experienced UKG Reporting & Analytics Consultant to join our Development or Managed Services teams. You will design, build, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using UKG Pro HCM or Pro WFM across cloud implementations, upgrades, or redesigns.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to toolsets and best practices, and assist with scope during sales or marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, development, testing and deployment of reports and dashboards.
• Experience with UKG Pro HCM or Pro WFM reporting.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with BI tools such as BIRT, Cognos, Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate business requirements into report specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Provide go-live support and change management during projects.
• Mentor fellow consultants and contribute to internal toolsets and best practices.
