Qualifications

  • Expertise should cover modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Workforce Management solutions such as UKG Dimensions.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UKG implementation projects focusing on modules UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.
  • Manage project teams, deliver process improvements, and solve complex operational issues using analytics and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Develop high-quality work products, including reports and briefings, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
