Job summary

HyBridge Solutions | An Argano Company seeks a Sr. UKG Solutions Consultant to architect and deliver complex UKG Pro deployments (Core/People Center Pay) for mid-to-enterprise clients.

You will gather business requirements, configure HR and payroll modules, and guide data conversion and testing across multiple projects. Qualified candidates bring 3–5 years HRIS implementation experience, strong HCM/Payroll knowledge, and a proven ability to translate business needs into optimized UKG Pro

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years consulting or human resource administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Configuration, testing & data mapping experience preferred.
• PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, food services, service & delivery, and/or public sector verticals preferred.
• Strong SQL, knowledge of HCM and Payroll, analysis, consulting, organization, written and verbal communication. Knowledge of any ETL tool is desired.
• Proficiency with PC tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional consultant/UKG Pro expert to deliver multiple concurrent complex implementation projects on UKG Pro core products (HR and Payroll).
• Participate in project planning sessions and provide SME guidance for successful deployment.
• Host Discovery sessions to gather unique business requirements for configuration.
• Analyze existing interfaces and gather technical specifications for integration.
• Design solutions that promote optimal usage and ROI.
• Recommend best practices and process re-engineering to improve product value.
• Configure UKG Pro according to customer requirements.
• Conduct data conversion analysis and advise on data cleanup and migration.
• Review test plans and ensure use cases are covered.
• Perform gap analyses and identify deviations or missing requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing and train customers to be self-sufficient.
• Support change management and deployment readiness with checklists and training plans.
• Triage issues and provide timely remediation with proper prioritization.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions and post go-live assistance.
