Job summary

HyBridge Solutions | An Argano Company is seeking an experienced Sr. UKG Solutions Consultant to deliver core UKG Pro projects for HR and Payroll. You will gather customer requirements, configure the solution, and guide data conversion and testing to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HRIS implementation experience, plus strong SQL, HCM and payroll knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years consulting or HR administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL, HCM and Payroll; ETL tools desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex UKG Pro implementations on HR and Payroll.
• Gather business requirements and configure solutions.
• Conduct data conversions and data cleanup guidance.
• Run go-live readiness and training for customers.
• Ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction throughout projects.
• Support Go/No Go decisions and post go-live activities.
