Job summary

HyBridge Solutions | An Argano Company seeks a Sr. UKG Pro Solutions Consultant to deliver HRIS configurations, payroll processing, and benefits management for mid to enterprise clients.

You will gather business requirements, design optimized UKG Pro solutions, and lead data conversion and testing to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes revenue attainment, utilization targets, and on-time project delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years consulting or HR administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong SQL, HRIS, payroll knowledge and data analysis.
• Experience with multiple industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as UKG Pro expert to deliver multiple concurrent implementations and optimizations.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather business requirements for configuration.
• Analyze interfaces and data mappings for integration needs.
• Design solutions for optimal usage and ROI with best practices.
• Conduct data conversion planning and data cleanup guidance.
• Create and modify test plans; support user acceptance testing.
• Provide product training and change management guidance.
• Support Go-Live decisions and post go-live stabilization.
