Job summary

HyBridge Solutions, an Argano company, is seeking a UKG Reporting & Analytics Consultant to deliver end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions for cloud implementations and upgrades. You will design and deploy reports, dashboards and data models using UKG Pro HCM/WFM, and collaborate with client staff to ensure successful go-lives.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with BI tools like BIRT, Cognos, Power BI or Tableau, plus strong SQL and reporting best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics design, development, testing and deployment.
• Experience developing reports with BIRT, Cognos or similar BI tools.
• SQL development and relational database concepts.
• Strong reporting best practices including design standards, version control, testing and documentation.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in UKG Pro HCM or Pro WFM.
• Experience creating data views, business structures and calculated fields in UKG reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy reports, dashboards and analytics solutions for customers.
• Provide training, go-live support and change management during implementations.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to translate business requirements into specifications.
• Mentor fellow consultants and help maintain internal tooling and methodologies.
