Improv is seeking a UKG Ready Solution Consultant based in the United States to drive the full lifecycle of product implementation, from discovery to user adoption. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of UKG experience, exemplary customer service skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UKG experience with completing full implementations.
• Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation.
• Discover and analyze client business requirements.
• Create usable documentation including audit findings and product design documents.
