The role emphasizes client satisfaction, account management, staffing planning, and collaboration with Operations Excellence and Training to scale services across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or IT Project Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years in a consulting role with UKG Workforce Management experience across multiple clients.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of project budgets, travel coordination, and SOW management.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end project solutions including change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple UKG implementation projects, defining standards and approaches.
• Manage client expectations, deliverables, quality, value, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee UKG resource delivery capacity and staffing forecasts.
• Provide account management and identify additional business opportunities.
• Develop staffing projections and coordinate with leadership for growth.
• Present deliverables to clients and provide change management expertise.
