Job summary

Accenture in Seattle seeks a UKG Payroll Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and help clients realize the value of their payroll investments.

You will lead discovery sessions, configure UKG Ready for payroll, migrate and validate data, and deliver end-user training while aligning with project timelines. Travel may be required. This role emphasizes collaboration with offshore teammates and continuous learning opportunities at Accenture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including Payroll and Kronos Payroll Service.
• Minimum 3 years of advanced experience in U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement UKG Ready solution with a focus on Payroll.
• Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Migrate and Validate data during implementations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on processes and system usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
