Job summary

Akriya Group is seeking an experienced UKG Ready Payroll Implementation Consultant focused on US payroll. This role is remote, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end UKG Ready Payroll setup, configuration, and client-facing implementation for US-based clients.

You will oversee data migration, testing, and UAT, ensuring payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and successful go-live while engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–8 years in UKG Ready Payroll implementation.
• Location: Remote with US Payroll focus.
• End-to-end UKG Ready Payroll implementation expertise.
• Strong US Payroll processing and compliance knowledge.
• Client-facing consulting and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG Ready Payroll implementations for US clients.
• Configure UKG Ready Payroll and taxes.
• Coordinate data migration and reconciliation.
• Perform testing, parallel payroll, and UAT.
• Provide client support and knowledge transfer.
