The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of UKG Pro WFM experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of UKG Pro WFM experience focusing on scheduling.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and pass MVR check.
• Solid understanding of scheduling, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Experience configuring scheduling rules, labor groups, and org hierarchies in UKG.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro WFM Scheduling modules and extensions.
• Partner with field operations to improve staffing and staffing outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with staff-to-patient ratios and labor regulations.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT to align scheduling with processes.
• Monitor data accuracy, schedule adherence, and timecard exceptions.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast staffing needs by patient workload.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Develop user guides and train staff on scheduling tools.
• Support workforce analytics and reporting for operational decisions.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and gaps.
