Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced UKG WFM Configuration Consultant to join our workforce management team in the United States.

The role focuses on configuring UKG WFM, Timekeeping, and Advanced Scheduling, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with business stakeholders. You will analyze requirements, translate them into system configurations, perform testing and UAT, support WFM integrations via APIs, and assist with payroll on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

Strong experience configuring UKG WFM systems, including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling.
Experience with WFM APIs and integrations.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex WFM issues.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into configurations.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience supporting payroll processes and UAT.
Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and support UKG WFM, including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling.
