AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior UKG Pro WFM Consultant with advanced scheduling expertise to lead client engagements remotely across the United States.

This role focuses on design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of UKG Pro WFM solutions, including timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling rules. You will manage multiple client projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, deliver functional design documents, and mentor junior consultants while traveling up to 40% as

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of UKG partner consulting experience delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions).
• Strong hands‑on expertise in UKG Pro WFM implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Expert knowledge of UKG timekeeping, accruals, and related WFM modules.
• Experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling: complex schedule configuration, demand planning, coverage optimization, rule management, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional consultant and trusted advisor to an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Design, configure, implement, and optimize multiple UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Lead complex UKG Advanced Scheduling configurations and related analytics.
• Manage UKG WFM projects from requirements through delivery and optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding of new team members.
