Qualifications

• 3-5 years supporting scheduling systems in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• BA/BS preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support scheduling system functionality within a healthcare environment.
• Analyze scheduling workflows and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support schedule builds, staffing templates, rotations, self-scheduling, and shift rules.
• Maintain pay rules, scheduling rules, staffing matrices, and labor management configurations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and leadership during upgrades, testing, implementations, and enhancements.
• Ensure scheduling practices align with staffing policies and labor standards.
• Serve as a consultative partner to nursing and operational leadership on workforce scheduling.
• Assist departments with schedule optimization, staffing efficiencies, and labor management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Participate in system implementations, testing scenarios, and go-live support.
