Job summary

The Discover Collective (Discover PPP) seeks a UKG Pro/WFM/Ready Expert for a remote/on-site contract role. You will lead and support implementations, enhancements, and optimizations of UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM), and UKG Ready for client organizations.

Day-to-day tasks include configuring modules, validating data, troubleshooting issues, supporting integrations, and advising on HR, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll workflows.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and UKG Ready, configuration, testing and optimization of HR, time and payroll modules.

Responsibilities

Lead and support implementations, enhancements and optimizations of UKG platforms.
Configure system modules, validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations.
Advise on best practices for HR, timekeeping, scheduling and payroll workflows.
Gather requirements, document processes, provide training and ensure adoption.
Prepare clear documentation, project updates and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
