Job summary

Improv is seeking a UKG Pro Integrations Specialist Contractor to design and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise systems. You will develop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time data sync while ensuring accuracy and security of data across HR, payroll, and finance platforms.

The role requires collaboration with HR, IT, and external vendors, plus documenting and training end-users on integration functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/HR tech/CS or related field.
• 3+ years HRIS integration experience, preferably UKG Pro WFM.
• Proficient in API development, XML, JSON, and middleware tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and third-party HR/payroll/financial systems.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time and batch data sync.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors; provide training/docs.
