Job summary

The Discover Collective (Discover PPP) seeks a UKG Pro/WFM/Ready Expert for a remote/on-site contract role. You will lead and support implementations, enhancements, and optimizations of UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM), and UKG Ready for client organizations.

Day-to-day tasks include configuring modules, validating data, troubleshooting issues, supporting integrations, and advising on HR, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll workflows.

Qualifications

Role Description

Remote/Onsite contract role for a UKG Pro/WFM and/or Ready Expert. The role involves leading and supporting implementations, enhancements, and optimizations of UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management (WFM), and UKG Ready solutions for client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include configuring system modules, validating data, troubleshooting issues, supporting integrations, and advising on best practices for HR, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll workflows. The expert will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of UKG platforms. The role also includes preparing clear documentation, project updates, and recommendations that align technology capabilities with client business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and UKG Ready, including configuration, testing, and optimization of HR, time, and payroll modules.


• Demonstrated skills in HR and payroll process design, compliance awareness, and translating operational needs into effective system configurations.


• Ability to manage implementations or enhancements, including requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.


• Proficiency in data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting system and integration issues across multiple HR and payroll platforms.


• Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to train end users and explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms.


• Experience working in a remote consulting or client-facing environment, with strong time management and self-directed work practices.


• Familiarity with related HRIS, timekeeping, or payroll systems and basic understanding of integrations, APIs, or data interfaces is beneficial.


• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Human Resources, Business, Information Systems) or equivalent professional experience in HR/payroll technology consulting.
