Job summary

Mosaic Consulting Group, based in Nashville, TN, seeks a remote Sr. Consultant to lead UKG Pro Workforce Management initiatives for Premier Services clients. You will design and implement WFM solutions, align capabilities with business needs, and drive adoption through artifacts and meetings with stakeholders.

Travel up to 40% may be required. The successful candidate has 5–7 years of UKG consulting experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of UKG partner consulting in UKG Pro WFM.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
• Experience with remote work and travel up to 40%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional resource delivering strategic UKG Pro WFM consulting.
• Lead end-to-end WFM initiatives with stakeholders and clients.
• Design, configure, validate, and optimize UKG WFM solutions.
• Produce client-ready deliverables and training materials.
• Run client meetings and manage scope, risks, and timelines.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice improvements.
