Job summary
Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Solution Architecture Specialist - UKG to serve as the primary technical and functional expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management and related HR technology solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize workforce management systems supporting scheduling, timekeeping, absence management, and analytics, partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science/IS-related field.
- 5+ years of UKG Pro Workforce Management experience with related modules.
- Experience integrating with SAP Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- SSO and Microsoft Entra ID integration knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned HR/UKG Pro applications.
- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues with end-users and vendors.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements for reliability.
