Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a UKG HRIS Analyst to support UKG Pro People Analytics, reporting, and web imports for a busy HRIS team during an acquisition and year-end priorities. This is a 100% remote contract through December 2026, starting mid-to-late September 2026.

You will build and modify UKG Pro People Analytics reports, handle ad hoc data requests, manage web imports, and work with the HRIS team to ensure data validation and reporting accuracy while contributing to operational needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro People Analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytics experience within UKG and ability to build actionable insights.
• Experience creating and supporting web imports in UKG Pro.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and maintain reports within UKG Pro People Analytics.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from HR and business stakeholders.
• Manage and troubleshoot UKG web imports.
• Analyze HR data and help ensure reporting accuracy.
• Work closely with HRIS team members to support ongoing projects and operational needs.
• Assist with data validation, auditing, and issue resolution.
• Provide support during year-end processing activities.
• Help document processes and reporting procedures when needed.
