Job summary

A leading HR technology company is seeking a UKG Integration Analyst (Mid–Senior Level) to design, implement, and support integrations between UKG solutions and various systems. Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years of HRIS integration experience and a strong understanding of UKG integration tools. Responsibilities include troubleshooting integration errors, collaborating with teams across HR and IT, and ensuring compliance with data governance. This role provides an opportunity to influence integration architecture and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating UKG systems (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions).
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, data mapping, and file transfer protocols.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between UKG solutions and third-party systems.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve interface errors.
• Partner with stakeholders to define integration requirements.
