Job summary

CBRE Government and Defense seeks an HRIS Analyst to optimize UKG Pro and WFM within Benefits, partnering with Payroll, HRIS, Compensation and Finance to ensure data accuracy and efficient HR operations.

This role requires hands-on HRIS experience, strong analytics, and the ability to support Benefits, Performance, Learning Management, and reporting. Remote-friendly with standard office environment; base salary range is $125,000-$150,000 plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on HRIS and Benefits experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data accuracy.
• Experience with UKG Pro and UKG WFM.
• Experience with HR/payroll reconciliations.
• SOX compliance and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support UKG Pro and UKG WFM configurations and security.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits and validations.
• Develop reports and dashboards using UKG tools and Excel.
• Lead HR system integrations and validate data interfaces.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing and new HR tech projects.
• Support SOX compliance and HR data governance.
• Create process docs and training materials.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve HR processes.
• Coordinate with UKG Service for reporting accuracy.
