CBRE Government and Defense seeks an HRIS Analyst to optimize UKG Pro and WFM within Benefits, partnering with Payroll, HRIS, Compensation and Finance to ensure data accuracy and efficient HR operations.
This role requires hands-on HRIS experience, strong analytics, and the ability to support Benefits, Performance, Learning Management, and reporting. Remote-friendly with standard office environment; base salary range is $125,000-$150,000 plus competitive benefits.
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization's HR technology platforms, with primary responsibility for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) within the Benefits team. This role partners directly with Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient HR operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical HRIS expertise with experience supporting Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning Management, and workforce reporting. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Hands- on HRIS and Benefits Experience.
Progressive Benefits HRIS experience. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management. Experience supporting Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, and/or Learning Management processes. Experience performing HR, payroll, benefits, and retirement plan reconciliations.
Preferred 7+ plus years Experience supporting HRIS integrations, system implementations, upgrades, and testing.
