Solving IT in Wisconsin is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage and enhance HR systems, focusing on UKG Pro and IBM Cognos Analytics. The role partners with HR and IT to convert business needs into scalable system solutions and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS platforms, preferably UKG Pro.
• Strong business and systems analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
• Experience investigating system issues and root cause analysis.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, testing, and supporting HRIS.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries and data validation.
• Experience creating and validating HR or operational reports.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain UKG Pro and related HR systems for reliability and data integrity.
• Perform system configuration, maintenance, validation, upgrades, and testing.
• Monitor system performance and recommend HR operation improvements.
• Partner with HR to translate requirements into system enhancements and solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain IBM Cognos Analytics reports; validate data accuracy.
• Investigate HRIS issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve tickets.
• Develop test plans; coordinate UAT; ensure production readiness.
• Identify automation opportunities and stay current on HR tech trends.
