Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee UKG operations. You will maintain employee data integrity, run HR reports, and drive system enhancements. The role requires hands-on UKG experience, strong Excel skills, and data-analytic capabilities within a large US law firm environment.

You will collaborate with IT and HR leadership, implement integrations, and support upgrades and audits across the HRIS lifecycle. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Work experience as an HRIS Manager using UKG.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR database administration.
• Analytical skills.
• BA/BS with 5 years of experience in the related area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all employee data in UKG.
• Process employee data changes and learn the organizational structure.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, and build dashboards.
• Design data recording systems for HR and analyze data to provide insights.
• Oversee the daily operation and improvement of UKG.
• Manage UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.
• Collaborate with IT on connections to Active Directory, ATS, and other systems.
• Implement new integrations as needed.
• Help deploy HRIS module activities for system upgrades.
• Support managers and staff with login issues and data maintenance.
• Design manuals and document procedures related to UKG.
