You will collaborate with IT and HR leaders to optimize system integrations, support HR processes, and ensure data protection compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HRIS Manager using UKG.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR database administration.
• Strong analytical skills.
• BA/BS with 5 years of experience in HRIS/HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and optimization of UKG HRIS.
• Develop, modify, and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards for management and staff.
• Maintain UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems; work with IT on Active Directory connections.
• Support HR processes like performance reviews and audits with system enhancements.
• Create manuals and document procedures related to UKG usage and data governance.
