Qualifications

• Work experience as an HRIS Manager using UKG.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR database administration.

• BA/BS with 5 years of experience in the related area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data in HRIS and UKG; perform audits.
• Design and run HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Oversee UKG integrations with third-party systems and internal tools.
• Support HR processes like performance reviews and audits with system enhancements.
