Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee UKG operations, data integrity, reporting, and integrations in Orlando. You will manage data changes, ensure compliance, and partner with IT to connect HR systems.

The role requires UKG experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on HR data administration. You will contribute to process improvements and system upgrades across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Work experience as an HRIS Manager using UKG.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR database administration.
• Analytical skills.
• BA/BS with 5 years of experience in the related area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all employee data in UKG, performing regular audits.
• Process employee data changes and quickly learn Morgan & Morgan's organizational structure to recognize where changes are needed.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, and build and maintain dashboards, to support HR and business operations.
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use across the HR department.
• Analyze data to produce HR reports with insight into key data points, and communicate results to HR leadership in written and verbal form.
• Oversee the daily operation and improvement of UKG.
• Manage and maintain UKG integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems.
• Collaborate with IT on connections to Active Directory, the ATS, and other business systems.
• Implement new integrations as needed.
• Help deploy HRIS module activities for system upgrades and other business cycle activities, such as performance review and required audits.
• Support managers and staff with login issues, data maintenance, and system functionality.
• Design manuals and document procedures related to UKG.
