Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee UKG operations, data integrity, and reporting for the HR function. You will manage integrations with third-party vendors, coordinate IT connections, and support system upgrades while training users across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on UKG experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid background in HRIS data administration to ensure accurate, compliant HR data and cost-efficient system use.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRIS Manager using UKG.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on HRIS database administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data in UKG and perform regular audits.
• Run standard and ad hoc HR reports and build dashboards for HR leadership.
• Oversee daily UKG operations and integrations with third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with IT on connections to Active Directory and other systems.
• Support system upgrades and audits, and train users as needed.
