Improv is seeking an experienced UKG HCM Integrations Specialist Contractor to design, build, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro HCM and the third-party systems our clients rely on. This role ensures clean, secure, and reliable data flow across the HCM ecosystem, connecting UKG to payroll providers, benefits carriers, ATS platforms, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS integration, preferably with UKG Pro HCM or similar.
• Proficiency in API development, XML/JSON, and middleware tools such as Boomi or Workato.
• Experience with SQL queries and data mapping across HR, payroll, and benefits data sets.
• Strong problem-solving and independent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy integrations between UKG Pro HCM and third-party HR, payroll, benefits, and financial systems.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across integration points in the HCM data flow.
• Analyze requirements to configure UKG HCM modules for accurate data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration errors and recommend best practices for data mapping and system communication.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors; lead integration workstreams in bigger UKG projects.
• Document integration architecture and train end-users on how systems function.
• Conduct data integrity audits and monitor compliance with labor, payroll, and privacy regulations.
