Improv is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Senior Consultant to lead implementations in Timekeeping and Scheduler modules. The role emphasizes discovery through design, build, test, and user adoption with strong client collaboration and documentation creation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with UKG/WFM, certification, and a track record delivering end-to-end projects. The position supports a remote-friendly environment and values exceptional customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with full implementations.
• Certified in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
• End-to-end experience with Timekeeping and Scheduler modules.
• Ability to assist with Scheduling workshops and training.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery to adoption.
• Analyze client requirements and translate into configured Timekeeping/Scheduler solutions.
• Create documentation including audit findings and business requirements.
• Lead testing and QA activities for projects when needed.
• Support change management and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to meet time and budget goals.
• Maintain project management records and UKG PRO WFM knowledge base.

We are seeking a unique and experienced UKG Pro WFM Senior Consultant with expertise in the Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduler module to join our team.

What You Will Do:

• Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG product implementation from discovery through design, build, test, and useradoption.
• Discover and analyze client business requirements and businessprocesses.
• Create usable documentation including audit findings, business requirements, and product designdocuments.
• Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications (Timekeeping, Scheduler,etc.).
• Actively participate, and as needed lead, testing, and quality assurance activities for theprojects.
• Assist with change management and user acceptancetesting.
• Work closely with Project Managers communicating and understanding the goals required to complete the required tasks on time andbudget.
• Maintain the internal project management system up to date with all-time worked, task status, and relateddocumentation.
• Maintain current in-depth technical, functional, and operational knowledge of UKG PRO WFM (Dimensions).
• Experience with UKG Workforce Central and understanding of Workforce Central vs. PRO WFM differences is helpful but not required.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Minimum 5 years' UKG experience with completing full implementations of UKG WorkforceCentral and/or at least 1 UKG PRO WFM project live.
• Certified in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
• End-to-end experience with the following Dimensionsmodules:
  • Timekeeping
  • Scheduler
• Ability to assist with Business Structure Workshops in relation to Scheduling.
• Completed UKG PRO WFM Scheduling Partner/Employee training.
• Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships. You are expected toWOW! thecustomer.
• Excellent oral and written communicationskills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (or equivalentexperience).
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

What would make you an outstanding candidate:

• UKG PRO WFM Scheduling certification.
• End-to-end experience with the following UKG PRO WFM modules:
  • Scheduling
  • Forecasting
  • Healthcare Productivity
• Experience with ADP Workforce Management optional.
• Understanding of UKG Navigator, Paragon, and Launch methodology/tools.
