Alex Staff Agency is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the UK market, offering fully remote cooperation. The role focuses on driving revenue through new business and expanding strategic accounts in the UK security systems distribution sector.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in security systems sales, a strong UK network, and expertise in AI video analytics, VMS, CCTV, alarms, access control, and monitoring solutions. English at C2 level is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in security systems distribution or related markets.
• Strong existing network within the UK security industry.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion in the UK security systems distribution market.
• Identify and engage decision-makers in integrators, installers, and distributors.
• Lead negotiations for large contracts, tenders, and strategic deals.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions for the UK market.
