Involved Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI agents that automate business processes and boost operational efficiency. You will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify opportunities for AI adoption.

This remote role is based in the UK and offers a strong software engineering foundation, Python expertise and hands-on AI experience.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with full stack development.
• Hands-on experience designing, building and orchestrating AI agents.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, model evaluation and benchmarking.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate independently and translate business challenges into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders across different business functions to identify opportunities for AI implementation.
• Develop and orchestrate agentic AI workflows, integrating solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Support the development of shared AI platforms, model routing and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, production ready AI applications.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend AI driven improvements.
• Maintain and enhance existing AI applications and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to drive AI adoption across the organisation.
