Job description

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join:

The Homes Supply team plays a critical role in ensuring Airbnb secures a diverse and high-quality supply of stays listings. Efforts are aimed at meeting the expectations of guests by ensuring a wide offering of high-quality listings at compelling values are available for every search.

The Difference You will Make:

In this role, you will lead a team of Market Associates responsible for a high-velocity, input-driven account management motion supporting our long tail of Small/medium sized Hosts. You will own execution excellence across rapid optimisation workflows, holding the team accountable to activity-based KPIs while driving consistent, scalable impact across the region.

You will also serve as a key stakeholder and operator for all scaled supply acquisition and retention initiatives within your assigned territory. This includes organising and executing regional roadshows and events, developing strategies to grow and retain supply, and rapidly scaling best practices across the team. The role partners closely with Host Services and Community teams to ensure seamless delivery, strong host engagement, and measurable outcomes.

This role plays a critical role in driving host quality, supply performance, and campaign effectiveness at scale.

A Typical Day:
  • Lead and manage a team of Market Associates executing a high-volume, transactional optimisation motion, with a strong focus on input-based KPIs that drive improvements in listing performance, host quality, and overall supply health.
  • Be accountable for regional business performance, including input and output metrics, supply optimisation results and host quality KPIs.

Serve as an active stakeholder and operator across all scaled outreach initiatives, partnering closely with Host Services and Community teams to ensure campaigns, roadshows, and regional events are delivered consistently, efficiently, and at scale.

  • Monitor performance dashboards and scaled campaign results, identify trends or gaps, and adjust team focus to improve outcomes.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, tooling gaps, or process inefficiencies and partner cross-functionally to improve scale, speed, and consistency.
  • Coach and develop team members to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while preparing high performers for future growth opportunities.
  • Continually test, refine, and standardise scaled account motions and best practices, codifying what works and rapidly rolling it out across the team.
  • May help design, launch, and scale targeted outreach campaigns for Solo and Small Hosts - partnering cross-functionally
  • Build new communication channels to increase reach, engagement and impact within this cohort
Your Expertise:
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience managing teams, preferably scaled account management teams, with a strong interest in people management and team development.
  • Prior experience in operations, sales or leading projects in a performance-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume workflows with clear metrics and performance goals.
  • Strong organisational and program execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to use dashboards and insights to guide decisions and coaching.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can translate strategy into actionable guidance for frontline teams.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and follow through on shared goals.
  • Some Marketing experience is a plus.
