Job summary

Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) is seeking a Regional Director to join our Data Security sales team. This field-based role covers EMEA & APJ, reporting to the GVP Speciality Sales. You will lead a team of 10 Data Security Specialist Account Executives across EMEA & APJ.

You will recruit, hire, and develop world-class specialist sales talent, provide coaching, and motivate the team to overachieve on targets. You will act as the GM of your territories, creating plans, and maintaining high forecasting
