Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Regional Director to lead the Data Security sales team across EMEA and APJ. This field-based role covers strategic account leadership and people management for a 10-person team of Specialist Account Executives.

You will partner with regional sales, product management, and services to forecast revenue, close high-impact deals at the C-level, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization while maintaining a relentless focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a Data Security sales team.
• Experience managing regional sales across EMEA and/or APJ regions.
• Executive-level engagement with accounts at the C-Level.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Security Specialist Account Executives across EMEA APJ.
• Forecast and manage revenue targets in a matrixed organization.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Services to align field needs and drive performance.
