Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury travel with global sales success.
• Proven ability to manage face-to-face relationships with UHNW clients.
• Strong commercial acumen with a service excellence focus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of Scott Dunn Private members.
• Prospect, engage, onboard, and retain UHNW members through relationship building.
• Generate demand by inspiring members’ annual travel calendars with standout itineraries.
• Deliver hyper-bespoke travel planning from enquiry through post-travel follow-up.
• Identify and execute business development opportunities through networks and partnerships.
• Meet and exceed individual performance targets and KPIs with exceptional service.
• Maintain detailed member profiles, preferences, and contact strategies in CRM.
• Collaborate with global destination experts to deliver complex itineraries.
