Job summary

Scott Dunn Private, part of Flight Centre Travel Group USA, is seeking a highly organized Private Travel Assistant to support elite members across the UK, USA, and APAC. This role blends concierge excellence with meticulous administration to craft ultra-personalized journeys.

You will work with Private Travel Managers and Travel Consultants to manage bookings, concierge arrangements, and post-booking tasks, delivering seamless experiences and enduring client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, luxury service, travel, concierge, or administrative role.
• Experience supporting UHNW clients is beneficial.
• Strong interest in luxury travel and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide seamless support to Private Travel Managers and Travel Consultants, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy across bookings.
• Coordinate administrative, concierge, and member service activities.
• Follow operational processes and champion best practices.
• Review bookings and documentation to identify discrepancies.
• Enhance member bookings through restaurants, tours, spa treatments, shows, and personalized requests.
• Anticipate member needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Liaise with hotel concierge teams, suppliers, and travel consultants.
• Create memorable surprise-and-delight experiences tailored to members.
• Maintain records within internal systems and databases.
• Coordinate gifts and personalized touches for members when appropriate.
• Attend supplier meetings and training sessions to enhance destination knowledge.
• Research UHNW travel trends and member insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
