Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Growth Lead for the Massed Effects team to identify, shape, and capture uncrewed ground vehicle opportunities across the DoW and allied defense communities.

You will translate warfighter needs into product and engineering requirements, develop capture plans, and drive strategic growth with current clients while representing Anduril’s cutting-edge autonomy and defense technology.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with the SOF Community and its operational needs.
• Prior experience with robotic and autonomous systems.
• Experience collaborating with technical partners and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, shape and capture UGV opportunities across the DoW and allied defense organizations.
• Develop capture strategies, funding alignment, and win themes for competitive bids.
• Translate client needs into engineering requirements and guide product development.
