Job summary

Primordial Labs is seeking a business development lead to own the ground combat vehicle portfolio for the Army and Marine Corps, including crewed and uncrewed platforms. You will build capture plans, manage relationships with primes, integrators, UGV OEMs, and autonomy providers, and engage with crews and requirements staff to shape bids.

This fully remote role across the US includes travel up to 50% and a compensation package with equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, capture, or government sales.
• Direct experience with Army or Marine ground customers and defense acquisition processes.
• Proven success owning opportunities across the full capture lifecycle.
• Established relationships within ground combat or ground robotics program offices, capability developers, units, or industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Own full capture lifecycle from shaping to award for crewed and uncrewed ground vehicles.
• Build and run capture plans with win strategy, teaming, and pricing.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast with primes and OEM partners; justify priorities.
• Identify integration paths and negotiate teaming and licenses with partners.
• Coordinate demos, engagements with Army/Marine offices, and industry events.
